my back and shoulders are KILLING me and my hands are all beat up. im not into it. i cannot wait for my body to get into kayaking shape. ive been describing the pain to dan as if a little leprechaun if sitting on my lats and stapping little daggers into them. “the leprechaun is back” is say after the advil wears off. ugh. heal body!!
